Tasowheel was founded in 1979, and our first actuators were developed in the 1980s. We have developed and manufactured all profiling actuators for Valmet/Metso between 1984 and 2009. Tasowheel has delivered thousands of actuators for paper, board and pulp mills through ABB, Voith, Metso and Valmet.

Our comprehensive range of services encompasses everything from designing and manufacturing complete Quality Control Systems (QCS) to supplying individual CD actuators, components, spare parts, troubleshooting, and maintenance services tailored to paper and board processes.

Our impact in the paper production industry is substantial, with over 300,000 Tasowheel actuators and dilution valves operating in processes worldwide. We proudly stand as the original manufacturer of complete Quality Control Systems.
